This was not always true but many times it did prove helpful.

Practical Tips for Journaling:
While this may seem trivial, choose a journal that speaks to you. I like to visit bookstores (Yes, they still exist) and look at the journals they sell. I do this to see what appeals to me visually and how it feels when I hold it. You may find that looking online is enough. The message here is: you do you! There is no right or more correct way. There is simply what feeds your soul.
• Set a routine: Write daily or a few times a week to establish a habit.
• Be honest: Write without judgment to freely express yourself.
• Experiment: Try different formats, such as gratitude journals, bullet journals, or simple paragraph style writing. Use color, draw pictures, paste in quotes, add stickers or photos. There are no rules!
Journaling is not just about writing, it’s a form of self-care that can bring greater clarity, calm, and balance to your life. It is self-expression and self-love. We can all use a little of that every day. While this may not be the solution for everyone, journaling is one tool that can be helpful and is worth exploring as you consider your self-care.
This is where I leave you today! But, not without a wish for your continued success on this journey called life. May you offer yourself the same kindness, love and respect that you offer to others. You are worth it! Sending you love and light!
